We are so excited to celebrate with you at our new home THE CRAFT BEER & CIDER FESTIVAL AT NightQuarter is confirmed for 2021! We’ve compiled a list of our most frequently asked questions so you can get the facts right here and spend more time brewing and chewing with the ones you love most.

The event is a 100% cashless event. With no cash to handle, this helps our bars and exhibitors process transactions quickly, giving you more time to enjoy the festival.
Leave your cash at home and bring your debit card or credit card and get ready to ‘tap & go’. Tap & Go at any brewer, food truck, bar or the merch tent. No card fees, No top-up fee means – No refunds to worry about.
COVID Refunds: Feeling sick? If you have any COVID-19 symptoms, no matter how mild, call your doctor or 13HEALTH (13 43 25 84) straight away. Stay at home and do not attend the event. Refunds will be processed once the doctors certificate is produced.
Travelling to CBCF:
If you are driving to The Craft Beer & Cider festival, think about filling the seats in your car and travelling with a friend or two? Carpooling is a great way to save some petrol money and reduces the number of cars on the road, therefore reducing pollution and traffic congestion at the venue. Plus you’ll only have to find one car park instead of two. Mates don’t let mates drink and drive!!!!
Suncoast Cabs are available for hire for patrons travelling to and from The Night Quarter. Suncoast Cabs can be contacted on 131 008
Uber is available on the Sunshine Coast for patrons to utilise to get to and from The Night Quarter . Patrons will need to have the Uber app activated on the Smartphone in order to use this service.
Pick Up / Drop Off Zones
For this event, pick up and drop off zones will be located at the front of the venue. These areas will be clearly marked so patrons are aware of where they are located.

Arriving at NightQuarter : We want you to get your brews and avoid lengthy queues so please have your ID ready, bags open for security check and your ticket on hand to scan (printed version or displayed on your phone) on arrival.

Festival Glass, Tastings and Glass Sizes: Get ready to up your sample game with over 100 varieties of craft beer and cider’s available throughout the event!
A paddle for 3 x 150ml beers is $25, and a paddle refill is $15 from Kombi Keg.
Non-Alcoholic Beverages: So, what if you’re not into beer, cider, red or white wine, cocktails and bubbles or are under 18?
Mocktails, Kombucha, water, and soft drinks are available for purchase throughout the expo at most food stalls or check out our new non-alcoholic Barrel Bar!
Celebrating Spring in style ! Please remember to bring a drink bottle, so hydrate at the Water station throughout the day and always drink responsibly.
Food: Street food stalls and local produce will be available throughout the expo ground. Please note that no external food will be accepted into the festival site.
Seating and Shade/Cover: With this venue we have PLENTY of seating and shaded area’s. In case of rain, poncho’s are available for sale.
Children: The Festival is All Ages with free entry for children under 12 and under 18s charged $6 for entry with a Wonder ride ticket, noting all minors need to be accompainded by a Responsible Adult. Some of the added attractions we can offer as a result of our new home include dodgem cars, jumping castles, photo booths and more at NightQuarter. All children MUST be supervised by a responsible parent at all times.
Staff and Volunteers: All staff and volunteers will be wearing BREW CREW t-shirts for easy identification. Please give them a high-five and your utmost respect as many have given up their time to bring this event to life.
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the Festival site. Smokers are asked to smoke outside the venue in the allocated DOSA area. Please note that anyone smoking within the festival site will be removed from the venue.
Ticket Refunds: Please note that all tickets are non-refundable but fully transferable to another 18+ guest.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:
- Unruly behaviour and intoxicated patrons will be refused service and asked to leave the expo
- All bags will be searched and are subject to inspection at any point during the event
- Bottles, cans, glass, food, drink, alcohol, illicit drugs, illegal substances, fireworks, umbrella’s, explosives or anything that can be used as a weapon cannot be brought into the festival.
- Children must be supervised by a responsible parent at all times and have their U’18 wristband worn at all times
