DUTY OF CARE
Don’t drink and drive, there will be regular buses available to and from the event located. People who are badly behaved and/or unduly intoxicated will not be served alcohol and will have their wristband removed, and be asked to leave the festival. Glass containers are not permitted. BYO drinks/food will be confiscated. BAGS will be searched. Hire a beach umbrella and bring your fold up chair or rug to sit on. There will be poncho’s for sale if it’s raining and picnic rugs for sale to sit on. Water will be freely available. Look out for your friends, mates, and family. Food and snacks will be available for purchase via your wristband. Please note this is a cashless event. No wristband, no entry.
CANCELLATION OR REFUND
Tickets are non-refundable but are transferable – if you can’t make it? You can transfer your ticket to a mate that is over 18years of age. COVID Refunds: Feeling sick? If you have any COVID-19 symptoms, no matter how mild, call your doctor or 13HEALTH (13 43 25 84) straight away. Stay at home and not attend the event. Refunds will be processed once the doctors certificate is produced.

Craft Beer & Cider Sunshine Coast & Highlands Beer & Cider Festivals will donate $3 for every ticket sold to the Volunteer Bush Fire Brigade (Provided a minimum of 5,000 tickets are sold)
Highlands Beer & Cider Festival is offering a Beer for a Year – 2020 competition for any bookings made at a suggested hotel and mention the word ‘stay’. This same competition is extended to any newsletter sign up. The winner will be over 18 years of age and be an Australian resident. The beer will be provided by Highlands Beer & Cider Festival. It will be 1 case of beer per calender month, starting February 2nd Feb 2020 until February 2nd Feb 2021.
Win A TRIP TO Outback Queensland Masters in 2021
A ticket to the Craft Beer & Cider Festival must be purchased to go into the draw.
The draw will take place once the minimum tickets of 3,000 are reached.
All applicants must be over 18years of age.
There is one (1) Prize to be awarded to one (1) Australian resident (Prize Winner).
1.2 The Prize Winner will win a trip for his or her self and a friend on The TT Golf Outback Queensland Golf Masters Tour – Tour A.
(Prize). The prize must be redeemed in full with confirmed travel must be at least 3 months in advance of travel. Must be able to travel between THU 17-06-2021 and MON 05-07-2021.
1.3 The Prize includes two (2) places on Tour A of the Outback Queensland Masters valued over $22,000.
1.4 The Prize includes nineteen (19) nights accommodation for two (2) persons including most meals (where specified), in a three star style of hotels in remote QLD.
1.5 The Prize is limited to those things listed in clauses 1.1 thru 1.4, and does not include (without limitation) insurance, transfers from the Prize Winner’s place of residence to the Brisbane airport, meals not specified in the tour, incidentals, the return trip from Brisbane airport to the Prize Winner’s place of residence which will each be the Prize Winner’s responsibility and at their expense.
1.6 The Prize Winner has the ability to extend the stated travel period above. TT Golf will not be responsible or liable for any additional costs involved if the Prize Winner extends the period stated above. Any costs associated with an extended stay either prior to or post the agreed dates will be at the expense of the Prize Winner, this includes but is not limited to flight changes, accommodation and food outside of the prize period.
1.7 If the Prize Winner is not present at the draw, a redraw will take place. The winning ticket number and Prize winner’s name will also be published on the Craft Beer & Cider Facebook Page.
1.10 Cash refunding of the Prize is not possible.
1.11 The Prize is not transferable.
1.12 In the event that the Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the control of TT GOLF, TT GOLF may substitute the Prize (or the relevant part of the Prize) with a Prize of equal or greater value

On purchase of tickets to our Craft Beer Sunshine Coast Festival, your name, email, and phone number are provided to the host venue & brewers, for use in case of changes to the event. No other personal details are provided to the venue. All the brewers will be able to contact you for future marketing purposes.
